{"id":462,"date":"2020-05-10T14:17:41","date_gmt":"2020-05-10T14:17:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lightboxeslettering.com\/exhibition\/?p=462"},"modified":"2020-06-03T13:50:45","modified_gmt":"2020-06-03T13:50:45","slug":"the-new-paper","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lightboxeslettering.com\/exhibition\/the-new-paper\/","title":{"rendered":"The New Paper"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The New Paper workshop with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sgmc.ac.uk\/\">George Monoux College,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/wmgallery.org.uk\/\">William Morris Gallery <\/a>and Sofia Niazi from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rabbitsroadpress.com\/\">Rabbits Road Press<\/a><\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students from the Art & Design Diploma course at George Monoux College in Walthamstow took part in a 2 day workshop with Lucy Harrison and Sofia Niazi from Rabbits Road Press. Starting at William Morris Gallery, they looked at political posters and pamphlets with one of the curators, before taking apart a newspaper from that day to create their own collaged new pages. They then went to Rabbits Road Press community Risograph studio in Manor Park to print and put together their new paper with Sofia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"rl-gallery-container rl-loading\"
